 Our Summer Slim Down is a 6-week high-energy fitness program designed to help you burn fat, build lean muscle, and boost your confidence. Each session combines strength, cardio, core, and functional training in a fun and motivating group environment. 


 Everyone! Our classes are designed for all fitness levels, from beginners to seasoned athletes. Our coaches provide modifications and progressions so you can train safely and effectively at your own pace. 


 Just bring a water bottle, towel, and positive energy! We recommend wearing comfortable workout gear and supportive athletic shoes. All equipment is provided. 


 Each bootcamp class runs approximately 50 minutes, including warm-up and cooldown. 


 Increased strength, improved endurance, better mobility, more confidence—and often visible physical changes like fat loss and muscle tone—when combined with proper nutrition and consistency. 


 No problem. Our coaches are trained to offer modifications and alternatives to meet your needs. Let us know before class starts so we can support you accordingly. 


 We recommend attending 3–4 sessions per week for the best results. Consistency is key! 


 Yes! Ask about our Firestarter Session—a complimentary 60-minute intro session to assess your goals, movement patterns, and get a taste of what we offer.

 Absolutely. Each bootcamp includes access to a holistic meal plan, grocery lists, and guidance that aligns with your body goals and lifestyle.
